Erasmus+ DATA Project Explores Digital Transformation in Sport at Lisbon Conference

As part of the Transnational Partners Meeting of the Erasmus+ DATA Project, all project partners participated in the conference entitled “Education & Training – Digital Transformation for Sport Organisations”, held in Lisbon on 30 September. The conference was co-organised by the Sport Foundation (DATA Consortium), the Municipality of Lisbon (CML) and the National Institute for Sport and Youth (IPDJ, IP). The event brought together professionals from across the sporting, educational and technological sectors, providing an opportunity to exchange knowledge, explore innovative solutions and discuss the growing importance of digital transformation within sports organisations. Participants included managers, directors, sport technicians, coaches, physicians, university professors, engineers, high-tech producers and developers representing sports clubs, national sports federations, National Anti-Doping Organisations (NADOs), national sports authorities, universities, municipalities and the software industry.
